Hat Return Policy

We want you to be obsessed with our hats as much as we are; if your hat isn’t everything your wished for, send us an email at support@wetheinfinite.com

Our hats are co-created with you and go through several updates & approvals during the making. Since they are custom made just for you, we do not accept returns or exchange. We however, will do our best to make sure the hat is exactly what you wished for.

If the item needs to be revised, customer to pay the cost of shipping the package back to WeTheInfinite and return.

 

Clothes Return/Exchange Policy

We hope that you love your purchase from WeTheInfinite. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns within 14 days of the original purchase. 

Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed and in its original condition with all tags attached. 

Refunds will be issued in the same form as original payment within two weeks of receiving the item in our warehouse.

Customer to pay the cost of shipping the package back to WeTheInfinite via a tracked service.
