HOW THE GIFT WORKS
1. You give the invitation.
After you order, we send you a gift certificate to print or forward, so there’s something beautiful to unwrap on the day.
2. They book their consultation.
One hour, over video, at a time that suits them, wherever they are in the world. If in the UAE, it will be in person.
3. We listen.
We talk about who they are, where they’re going, and what they want their hat to carry. Together we choose the felt color, take their measurements, and shape the design.
4. We make it by hand.
Their hat is crafted from scratch in our studio, with their approval at key stages along the way.
5. It arrives.
Finished with its medicine band and a care kit, so it can age alongside them.
THE MEDICINE BAND
Every hat is finished with a band made for its wearer, set with premium crystals, palo santo, copal, lavender, and sacred talismans chosen during the consultation. It isn’t decoration. It’s a reminder of what they’re calling in, worn every day.

TIMING & SHIPPING
Each hat is made from scratch. Please allow 4-8 weeks from the consultation for handcrafting and delivery. We work from Dubai and ship worldwide. Shipping is calculated at checkout.
Giving this for Christmas? Order by 31st October, and your gift certificate will arrive in time to give on the day. Their hat will follow in the new year, so the gift keeps unfolding.

No. We measure and design together on the call. All you need to know is that they’d love something made just for them.

The consultation is online, and we ship worldwide.
Can I join the consultation?
Yes you can.
What if it isn’t quite right?
Every hat is co-created, with approvals during the making. Because it’s made just for them, we can’t accept returns or exchanges, but we’ll work with them until it feels like theirs. If a revision is needed after delivery, return shipping is covered by the customer.

Sizing
It is true that size matters, specially in hats when one size does not fit all.
The perfect hat starts with the perfect fit. Here’s how:
To measure your head take a measuring tape around the circumference of your head at a finger's width above your ears, above your eyes, and around the widest part of the back of your head. Don't make it too tight.
You are measuring exactly where the hat will sit on your head.
If you don’t have measurement tape, cut a 30” piece of string and grab a ruler.
Follow the steps above. Mark on the string where it overlaps so that you can lay it down against a ruler to determine the length.
It’s always good to measure a few times to ensure that you achieve consistent result.
CARE
While our hats are made from premium felts, they also need very good care in order to last the test of time.
When you purchase a hat, we will include a piece of sandpaper to help keep your hat clean of marks, and we recommend getting a hat brush, thick sticky tape to remove dirt and a good steam iron to ensure your hat stays in good shape.
Here are some instructions to keep your hat in the best state possible:
- Use sandpaper to get rid of stains. Coarse sandpaper works best for deeper blemishes and finer paper for lighter stains. Scrub until the marks are gone and then use the brush or tape to remove any excess felt.
- If you hats shape has changed, the key to get it back to is original shape is steam. The more steam and heat you apply to the brim, the more the felt will loosen and allow you to reshape it to its original look.
The way you do it as follows:
Switch on the iron and once it's ready, steam the brim and then press the iron down with firm pressure, while constantly moving the iron around the full brim.
Once you have fully heated the brim, apply pressure on the crown and hat by virtue of books or anything weighted to ensure the shape holds. I try and do this for 24 hrs to ensure the shape holds firmly.
- All of our felt hats are 100% premium felt therefore naturally water resistant but not fully waterproof. Wearing in the rain is okay but we do not recommended getting the hats soaked. In the event that it does get wet, use a hairdryer immediately to dry it as much as possible.
SHIPPING
The hat will be made from scratch so expect to receive it in 8-10 weeks, depending where in the world you are. We are based in Tulum & Dubai.

We want you to be obsessed with our hats as much as we are; if your hat isn’t everything your wished for, send us an email at: support@wetheinfinite.com
Our hats are co-created with you and go through several updates & approvals during the making. Since they are custom made just for you, we do not accept returns or exchange. We however, will do our best to make sure the hat is exactly what you wished for.
If the item needs to be revised, customer to pay the cost of shipping the package back to WeTheInfinite and return.
